Dealing with Scotch Tapes and Son Gohan.
As students, we are required to cover our wooden armchairs with blue (that represents the Senior spirit) cartolina and plastic: it is added to our grade in EP (Edukasyong Pagpapahalaga). I’m not with the grades. I just hate our adviser’s sermons, so I’d rather do that thing. The deadline is today. I texted a classmate yesterday to buy me the materials I need (manila paper and blue cartolina). Thanks, Jenna.
I grew up dependent to my sisters and my parents, considering the fact that I am the youngest of four. And with that, I never had any lessons with regards to book-covering, or gift-wrapping. I suck at those things. And today, my main objective is to wrap my desk with blue cartolina. I don’t care if it’s not pretty, as long as I covered my armchair.
Danilo: Ano ba namang balot yan, tol!!!
Me: Ang yabang nito!
I belittle myself with the inability to wrap things. If ever I have a gift for a special someone, I’ll ask my sister or National Bookstore to wrap it. I don’t have the lightweight arms, nor the patience in dealing with scotch tapes, not even my cutting skills are in the right direction. I hate scissors, you know.
Pang-blog ba?
That’s my million-worth cover. The limelight was my picture: my uniform and a black tie (that’s our costume for the Sabayang Pagbigkas last August!). I really wonder why my classmates would stop by at my chair and look at my picture. (Signal number 3, please.)
Oh, my name is revealed! It’s okay. (I hate my second name so I chose Kevin even if there are other Kevins in our classroom)

The maids once again enjoy watching Dragonball Z with buttered bread as their merienda. I kinda envy them. I had a glimpse of their conversation.
Maid 1: Sino yan?
Maid 2: Si Son Gokou yan. Tapos yung isa, si Vegeta.
Maid 1: Eh iyan?
Maid 2: Si Son Gohan ata iyan.
May Son Gohan ba sa Dragon Ball Z?

ak0 una? haha. breakthr0ugh ‘t0 ah. ^__^
nwei. pang-bl0g nga an arm cover. haha. c0olness. ^__^
uy, okay naman yung cover ah. ginawa din namin yan before nung andyan pa ako sa pinas. only i sketched on the newspaper i used to cover my desk with charcoal pencils and all those artsy stuff. no pics of me but just random thoughts. it was the first and last time we had to cover them.. maganda yang cover!! i like talaga. =)
ayus talaga yung maids nyo men. baka one day kayo na utus utusan nyan! hala! lolz!
ok nga yung cover mo eh. it’s very creative. yung blue cartolina, medyo off lang. meron ka kasing focal point sa cover mo, if you’ll see other works, you’ll find their works scattered all over their medium. yung sa iyo merong tinatawag nating, direction.
hi there..i think you should start loving scissors and scotch tapes man! it’s not bad at all! if i would be your professor.. i’d probably give you a B+ for the effort! ^^
anyway, keep those sensible posts.. hope to read more from here soon.. God bless! ^^
I don’t remember myself doing that when I was in high school. If we did, it could’ve saved our arm chairs from the doodles and vandals and ukits ng mga compass namin. Hehe. Galing, collage.
And yeah, may gohan sa dragonball.
Nice cover! Haha! We used to do that during our high school years as well. Haha!
Pero nonetheless, I really enjoyed covering mine.
And yes, there IS a Son Gohan in Dragonball Z.
(At talagang may lyrics ng We Ride.
)
I suck in covering and cutting too. Pero we’re over the ‘cover you table’ thingamajig.
lol
parang pang- “postsecret.blogspot.com” ung pic ah..
hehe.. it’s cool btw.
have a nice day! *hugs*
cheers,
aiRah
haha. simplicity is beauty, ika nga.
we used to do that before also.
it doesn’t matter kung anung kalabasan, basta nagEnjoy ka habang ginagawa mo un.
errr…i have issues with wrapping stuff. i think i’m only good at wrapping left-over food…and though i don’t watch dragon ball, i don’t recall a son gohan there. am back. yeahoo. :]
kaawa-awang mga maid.hehehe..joke.:-)
we did that back in highschool too.hehehe…ang kaibahan nga lang, ako, marunong naman magbalot kahit papano.hehe…
ingat..^_^ [sakto lang yan..hehe]
ganda naman ng desk ni utakgago…
nagtest na ba kayo?
to Ralph T and the others: I am shocked na may Son Gohan sa Dragonball since I am not a fan. But I am damn sure na hindi si Son Gohan ang tinutukoy ng katulong namin…
aww.. i miss my armchair… nilagay ko kasi yung napalaking picture ni Orlando Bloom.. hahaha…
Hahaha. Oh M*ses. what a desk. Whohoo. It kinda resembled mine during my highschool years where all my Photoshopped anime versions of yours truly were posted and, err, stolen.

Nakakatuwa naman your maids. Envy them? Why? Because of the bread or the tv or the conversation? Ang sarrrrrap naman ng butterbread. I suppose those butterbreads were yours and they’re the ones who did the picking.
And yes, there’s Son Gohan in Dragonball Z.
uu. me son gohan.
hihi.
